A general series of exercises lasting for one hour. All equipment supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hand towel.
Private sessions - Personal Training and Pilates
Sessions can be booked for both fitness work and pilates or a combination of the two!
After the initial consultation, a programme can be taylor made to suit the individuals requirements.

New to Pilates
To understand the principals of pilates establish the breathing technique and to learn the different exercises it is essential to attend a beginners class.
Laying good foundations will enable you to meet your own personal goals.

give a minimum of 48 hours notice of non attendance. Every endeavour will be made to offer an alternative class within that term or month for those who give due notice.
Payment in full will be charged with less than 24 hours notice
